Lodging Formal Complaint

Dear valued members:

A formal complaint is to be lodged only in situations such as receiving death notes or other severe threat messages and serious defamation or slander or any serious degradation of personal reputation as well as other like cases.

Please lodge a formal complaint only when necessary as some cases may involve police investigation and other legal procedures. We will look at every complaint in detail on a case by case basis.

A copy of Identity Card (IC)

 Complaints that are not stated clearly or lacking any of the
above personal information will be ignored.

 We will reply to the complainant as soon as possible after receiving the formal letter.
